What kind of World are we living in?

When you can have a mutually racy conversation, on almost a daily basis with a (same sex, also homosexual) co-worker, and as soon as you do something to piss them off, (ie: call them on their shit, such as, not showing up for work, leaving early, un-teamlike behavior, etc, etc) they file Sexual Harrassment charges against you and you get fired?

This has happened to a dear friend of mine today, and I would like to extend my support and heartfelt sympathy to him...

If he got fired the other guy should have been fired as well, he said just as offensive things, but since he filed the charges first, he wins??
