Update on the Bullshit...
The EX called again last night, left a message saying he didn't want to fight with me and his warrant is cleared and he just wants to see the boys, give him a call...yeah, he actually has a phone now!
Before I called him back, I called the Sheriff's Office (it's amazing what kind of info they will give out to "The Common Folk") and they said he has not come in and his warrant is still outstanding.
Does he think I'm an idiot and I won't check up on him? Hello, I've know him for 12 years, lying is second nature to him!
So I called him back this morning, he rambled on about getting a car stuck in the sideyard on his way to an appt??? Okay, you don't have a license, WTF are you doing driving? I let that go, though.
I told him he still has a warrant, I called and checked...
EX: Well that's funny, cause I went to court last week and how do you explain that I'm not in jail?
ME: Um, I don't know, but they said it was still outstanding, maybe you should call them and get it cleared up? (knowing full well he's still lying)
EX: That's bullshit, they wouldn't tell you anything!!! (cause now he knows he's caught, and is hoping I'm bluffing)
ME: Yes, it's public record, call em up yourself!
EX: What makes you think you can keep the kids from me?!! You can't do this!!
ME: I've invited you over to visit them, you never call them-
EX: Yes I do! I call them all the time!
ME: Uh, NOOOOO, you call and scream at me and never ask to speak to them.
EX: You can't do this, you are violating our agreement!!! (granted, the custody agreement never mentioned anything about warrants, but I'm fairly certain that if he came over, and I said he couldn't have them, and he called the cops on me, they would probably arrest him on his warrant, not force me to let him take them, just a guess)
I hung up in the middle of his rant.
On a lighter note, I'm getting a new kitten today!! I think I'm gonna name her "Murphy", not sure yet...I'll post pics later!!!
Notice the completely random change in subject, kinda funny, but that's how I am all the time, all over the map!

man...I am so sorry you have all this bullshit to deal with! I will pray for you and your situation. Stand strong. Your kids are your priority. Continue to protect them!
How's the move talk going?
I guess I forgot to update on the move! There will be no move, at least not to Eugene. If something comes up in Seattle, we decided we will go! I have family up there and so does the Hub, so at least it wouldn't be quite so scary!
I'm a semi republican hick....and I live in California. Actually I'm more of an independent....LOL...
Seattle sucks? no way! I can't believe it! And the meth? YOu can not get away from it beings that anyone can get a crank recipe off the net! I think your friend will miss you!
The chances of me moving to Seattle are slim to nil, Lungfung, so don't worry!!! I'll always be here for you!
If I did move, you could come visit all the time with your life of leisure! You would be welcome anytime!!!!
