Eight Below

So I had this bright idea to take the boys to see "Eight Below"...
Saw some previews, thought it would be a good family movie.
All I can say is, if you have an hour and 52 minutes to kill, and you think you need to get some crying done, this is the movie for you.
I cried throughout almost the entire movie. Remember when Disney movies used to be really sad? Think "Old Yeller". This movie is right up there on the movies-that-make-me-want-to-drink-away-my-sorrows scale. My youngest, Deuce, was even crying, and he doesn't cry over movies, ever.
I give it 2 thumbs up and a box of Kleenex.

I won't watch it now. Thanks. Paul Walker is a hottie plus 10!!! but now I won't watch it. I hear it's loosely based on a true story? The dogs were out there for 6 months or something like that?
I would survive Antartica for a couple days much less a week. So, now I wont' rent it. I know some of the dogs die.
Thanks for giving me the heads up!
WHAT? Some dogs die? I won't see it then. Poor little puppies
I never said anyone died in it! It's just sad...yes, it is based on a true story, which makes it that much sadder (is that a word?) but I highly recommend it, it's a really good movie, and Hottie McWalker is a total babe!!
HOttie McWalker is EYE CANDY!!! I'd eat him up!!!
