What's the point?

Seriously, wireless is a big fat stupid ugly pain in my ass. I don't know what the fuck I'm doing wrong here, but it's clearly something, because I bought the necessary equipment, and I can't get more than 6 feet from my stupid fucking router! Ugh! I'm seriously thinking about buying a 200 foot cable and just carrying my laptop all over the house so I can actually use it somewhere other than my fucking desk!!

Now I'm on the hunt for a new battery that won't cost me $200, because that is an absurd amount of money for a battery, am I right or am I right? Seriously?

This whole computer business is a pain, I'm considering going back to to the basics, corded phones, rabbit ears on the tv, cassette tapes, the whole nine...

I figured since I was able to get online for 2 minutes in this position (careful not to move or bump the table or the laptop) I would share my frustrations with you all.

Hmph.

Alright, Kids, it's fixed. I'm embarrassed to admit that I had the wrong router for what I was trying to do! Duh! Now I'm wireless, Bitches!! I'm in the garage right now...

BTW Fung, I would love to go, I can't think of a better offer, really, but on short notice I can't find someone to deal with my Spawn during the day, or get Sunday off, or find enough money to keep me either in free drinks (by gambling) or feed myself!! I'm sorry! :^(

Yeah, I made the decision to get simpler. The last router I bought was faulty, so now I've decided to use stone knives and crayons to get on the internet.
